We will no longer accept unscheduled or same-day weld tests. A minimum of two (2) business days’ notice is required to ensure proper scheduling and preparation.

Once a form is submitted, our team will contact you to confirm the date and time. Please note that a weld test is not approved until confirmation is received from KWI staff.

Companies do not have the authority to send a welder without prior approval and confirmation from KWI. Any individuals arriving without a confirmed appointment will not be tested.
